How much food should I put inside?
Start with part of their normal portion, not extra food. Kibble size and meal size vary, so fill the Tumbler comfortably and serve the rest in their bowl. For the Egg, begin with a small unfrozen fill, then add more or freeze it once they understand how it works.
Will my dog know how to use the Tumbler?
Make the first win easy. Set the opening wide, add food they already love and roll it once so they see what happens. When they have the idea, narrow the opening.
Will my dog struggle to lick the Egg?
Start with an unfrozen fill so the food is easy to reach and your dog can learn how it works. Once they have the idea, chill or freeze the Egg to make the same portion last longer.
How do I clean them?
Unscrew the Tumbler and rinse out crumbs after use. Wash the Egg with warm water and dish soap, then let both feeders dry fully before the next fill.

What exactly comes in the Combo?

What food can I use?
Use dry food or dry treats in the Tumbler. Use wet food, soft food or a dog-safe spread in the Egg. Always check ingredients first; peanut butter must be xylitol-free.
Can I chill or freeze the Egg?
Yes. Chilling or freezing a filled Egg can make the same portion take longer. Let it soften if it freezes too firmly for your dog.
How big are the feeders?
The Tumbler is approximately 6.3 inches tall and 3.8 inches wide. The Egg is approximately 4.5 inches tall and 3.9 inches wide. Choose for your dog's size and chewing style, and supervise every session.
Are these chew toys?
No. They are interactive feeders. Supervise each session and put the feeder away when the food is finished, especially if your dog is a determined chewer.
How does the digital Playbook arrive?
A download link is emailed after checkout. Open it on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing physical is mailed for the Playbook.
What if my dog figures it out too quickly?
Narrow the Tumbler's food-release opening so fewer pieces come out at once. For the Egg, use a deeper fill or freeze it to increase the challenge without adding more food.
