Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $6.85. The delivery estimate for your destination is shown at checkout and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Processing and tracking

Orders require processing before shipment. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier, and some services may provide limited milestone scans.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your address before ordering. Contact support@kiviolabs.com promptly if a correction is needed. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or an order arrives damaged, include your order number and any relevant photos.
