Order processing

Orders require processing before shipment. Processing and transit times vary by destination, product availability and carrier conditions.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $6.85. The delivery estimate for your destination is shown at checkout and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available from the carrier. Some services may provide limited milestone scans.

Address changes

Check your address before placing the order. Contact support@kiviolabs.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Delays, loss and damage

Carrier delays can occur. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or an order arrives damaged, email support@kiviolabs.com with your order number and any relevant photos.
